Összegzés

Kijelentem, hogy:

• a személyes adatok kezelésének szabályait ismerem,

• tisztában vagyok azzal, hogy a távoktatás során megismert személyes adatokra vonatkozóan térbeli és időbeli korlátozás nélkül titoktartási kötelezettségem áll fenn,

• köteles vagyok a távoktatásban való részvételemet úgy szervezni, hogy az ott azonosítható módon bemutatott személy adatait, róla szóló információt jogosulatlan személy ne ismerhesse meg,

• a távoktatás során megismert információkat csak oktatási céllal használom fel, azt a kizárólag személyes használaton túl nem töltöm fel, nem osztom meg és nem teszem elérhetővé olyan platformon, csoportban, vagy más formában, amelynek eredményeként arra jogosulatlan felhasználók is elérhetik, valamint

• a távoktatásban való részvétel és az adatkezelés szabályainak megszegéséért etikai és jogi felelősséggel tartozom.

I hereby declare that:

• I know the rules of personal data management,

• I am aware of my obligation of confidentiality without any limitation in time or space with regard to personal data obtained through distance learning,

• I am required to organize my distance learning so that unauthorized persons will not be able to access the details and information of the person presented there,

• I will only use information obtained through distance learning for educational purposes, I will not upload it, share it or make it available on a platform, in a group, or in any other forms that may be accessed by unauthorized users, and

• I hold ethical and legal responsibility for violating distance learning and data management rules.

Ich erkläre hiermit, dass:

• ich die Regeln für die Verwaltung personenbezogener Daten kenne,

• ich mir bewusst bin, dass ich ohne räumliche oder zeitliche Beschränkung zur Vertraulichkeit in Bezug auf personenbezogene Daten verpflichtet bin, die ich durch Fernunterricht erhalten habe,

• ich mein Fernstudium so organisieren muss, dass keine unbefugte Person auf identifizierbare Weise Zugang zu Angaben und Informationen über die dort präsentierte Person hat,

• ich die durch Fernunterricht erhaltenen Informationen nur für Bildungszwecke verwende, dass ich sie nicht hochlade, sie nicht teile und sie auf einer Plattform, in Gruppen oder in einer anderen Form zur Verfügung stelle, worauf unbefugte Benutzer zugreifen können,

• ich sowohl eine ethische, als auch rechtliche Verantwortung für Verstöße gegen die Regeln des Fernunterrichts und des Datenmanagements trage.
