összegzés

A gastric wall portion, 13 cm in broadest diameter, intact mucosa, pronounced mucosal puckering. The continuity of the mucosa breaks at a point, where a 0,7 cm diametered roundish ulcer  is located. It is deeply excavated, penetrating and piercing through  all the wall layers. The pancreatic surface attached to the outer gastric wall covers up and blocks the ulcer entirely. Around the adherence, the normally glandular pancreatic tissue is scabby with whitish connective tissue. Folds of the gastric mucosa radiate towards the ulcer from each direction.
