• - Sacral teratoma is mainly the females' disorder.

• - Signal abnormalities registrated by imaging modalities correspond to the given response of the tissue (not histological) composition to a given physical impact.

• - Tissues/organs of adult teratoma shows the same signal with imaging methods as the similar, „real” tissues on their original locations.

• - In its diagnostic algorytm the first applicable method is the US.

• - It can be often detected already intrauterinely (indirect signs, too).
